Umpire duties apply to all players within U17 and above teams.

You will be asked at some stage to umpire. If you are not told before Saturday, you will be still required to go up to the Umpires window and check if there is an Umpires card for your team.  If you fail to do so, you will be charged a penalty fee that you will have to pay, not the club.

If you are required to perform Umpire duties and are unable to do so for any reason, then you must contact the Umpire Coordinator (details below) and a replacement will be found. A $10 cover fee will be charged that you will be required to pay yourself!! This payment will be given to the person that replaces you.

NNZ Local Centre Umpire Theory Practice Examination
The following links to files are four NNZ Local Centre Umpire Theory Practice Examination that U19/2a have to pass prior to the first competition game.

These are exactly the same as the examination that will be given.

Their are four different exams but only one of the four exams will be given out in random, so it would pay for they players to study all four exams.

The pass mark is 23/25, study well and good luck.
